CHRISTMAS, GET-TOGETHERS AND A FRENCH ATMOSPHERE
Tasty dishes WITH RED LENTILS • Very often, Christmas also means lots of heavy and traditional food. And when the stomachs really need a break, why not treat yourself and your family to something lighter, greener and just as tasty? Mathilde has come up with some wonderful dishes with lentils – a great ingredient that we tend to overlook. Lentils fill you up, strengthen your body and is a very flexible ingredient. Here we’d like to show you her five ideas for recipes with lentils: from homemade pasta and creamy hummus to spicy pancakes and warm, Indian stews. They offer a healthy break during the Christmas holidays and lots of inspiration for a greener new year.
Moodboard NOVEMBER
The heart of the home at Christmas • When it gets dark and the Christmas spirit unfolds, the table turns into a natural place to meet up. This is where we gather – to enjoy a meal, to talk and to create memories. Laying a nice Christmas table isn’t only about esthetics but also about creating a setting where warmth, traditions and creativity can blossom. Adding natural materials, personal details and lots of love to each cover turns the Christmas table into a sensuous experience that delights the eye and speaks to the heart.

Stores selling baking and hobby accessories are a great source of such items, but in fact your kitchen cupboards and drawers might also offer plenty of useful tools. Make your own Christmas decoration items for your Christmas tree and the Christmas table, add a unique detail to a gift, or create your own gift cards.

The snowman was very curious and he gazed at all the antique books, chinaware and candleholders in the small living room. He let out a sigh of contentment because he felt at home, and it seemed to him that he had always belonged to these old treasures. And whenever somebody would look at the snowman, they had a feeling that he winked at them. Perhaps it was just the play of light. Or perhaps it was...
